猎手兄弟@memekiller365 一直喊我加 $IMF ，今天仔细看了下，还是有点创新和期待的，整理一下； （不是投资建议！是吹水！是项目分析！） $IMF 是一个MemeFi的创新协议，可以让你抵押你的memecoin去借钱，经济学的核心还是一个ponzi的（3,3）机制; 但是他提出了一个让我关注的口号：We bank the unbankable，细看了一下，还是有一些值得关注的创新； 先放个架构图： 拆解整个飞轮的核心有几个核心点： ① 最核心的是叙事+外部飞轮： $IMF 直接说自己就是 MemeFi 的卡特尔，野心有点大哈，但是我觉得比说自己的DAO靠谱多了； 这个卡特尔的表现就是“购买贿赂”，也就是如果 $IMF 的叙事如果发展大了，你也想进入IMF，你是巨鲸或者社区，你想帮助你的memecoin锁仓，借贷，膨胀，你需要干嘛呢？你需要大量购买 $IMF 来表示自己对卡特尔的“忠心”； 所以这是外部飞轮的一个核心； 我个人认为也是未来 $IMF 爆发的大核心，就是引发上币的贿赂战争； ② 内部飞轮就比较普通了： - $IMF 自身，也有一个借贷池，这是内部飞轮A； - $IMF 本身也会有大约20%的代币，要分发给协议的稳定币贷方，鼓励存入稳定币挖矿 $IMF ，这是内部飞轮B； - $IMF 的协议的APY当前大概45%左右，一部分是基础收益，另外一部分是激励收益，这个激励收益就是 $IMF 的价格膨胀之后分发给贷方的，这是内部飞轮C； ③ 资产飞轮，这是整个模式能形成合理性周期循环的核心： $IMF 现在是 $JOE 和 $MOG 的第一大持仓，准确说它并不是一个主动的投资者，而是通过其借贷协议，成为了$JOE 和 $MOG 这两个代币最大的“锁仓与控制中心”； 这些代币是用户自愿存入的抵押品，但其流动性已经被IMF的智能合约所支配； 对meme资产的意义来说： - 供给侧的“硬通缩”与价格支撑； - 从“空气”到“准金融资产”的质变； - 同时也是权力的让渡与深度的绑定； 对 IMF 的意义来说： - “信用卡特尔”叙事的落地验证； We bank the unbankable，“为‘不可能的资产’提供银行服务； 不可能资产是谁？ Memecoin，极高的波动性； - 也是 “卡特尔权力”的具象化； IMF现在对$JOE社区拥有了巨大的、事实上的影响力。它控制着$JOE最大的流动性池的闸门； - “贿赂战争”的落地广告； 所以，这里就有了IMF的叙事和价格推演（纯演绎，绝不是事实或投资建议，数字也可能理解不一，不要找我抬杠）： 当前状态： $JOE/ $MOG 的总借款额约为 $14.78M； $IMF 的市值是 $60M； 我们可以粗略地认为，当前市场给予 $IMF 的估值，有相当一部分是基于其成功整合$JOE/$MOG的“功劳”，我们可以简化地认为，$IMF的市值与它所赋能的核心资产的借贷规模，存在一个乘数效应(Multiplier)； 当前乘数 = $IMF市值 / ($JOE借款 + $MOG借款) = $60M / $14.78M ≈ 4.0； 未来状态，首先： 抵押品总价值剧增: 当前，存入IMF的$JOE和$MOG抵押品总价值约为 $15.5M； 当它们平均上涨7倍后，这部分抵押品的总价值将膨胀至$103.46M（$14.78M * 7 ） 借贷能力极大增强: 原本的$JOE/$MOG持有者，现在可以用同样数量的抵押品，借出比以前多7倍的USDS稳定币； 他们的“信用额度”被极大地提升了； 同时，基于假设： 借贷规模增长: 假设在 $JOE / $MOG 上涨7倍的过程中，其总借款规模也等比例增长（这是一个相对保守的估计，因为杠杆效应可能导致借款增长更快），那么新的总借款额将达到 $103.46M ($14.78M * 7)； 乘数膨胀: 在这个过程中，TVL的膨胀， 会让 $IMF 的叙事一同膨胀，市场会给予它更高的估值溢价； 我们假设这个乘数因为叙事的成功，从 4.0 提升到 6.0 - 10.0； 这是纯推演，degen疯起来，不管不顾； 推算 $IMF 理论市值: $IMF 理论市值 = （新总借款额+资产膨胀的总额） * 新乘数 = $IMF 理论市值 = $206.92M * 6.0 = $1241.52M 结论： 基于 $IMF 锁仓的Memecoin 价值会上涨的这个核心假设，通过某种飞轮传导模型推演（我的只是假设），$IMF的理论市值有可能达到 $12亿美元左右，相较于当前的$60M市值，大约有 20倍 的上涨空间； 然后这里又会有一个推演，就是当ETH上涨，引发memecoin上涨形成了 $IMF 的贿赂战争； 也就是其他memecoin看到了 JOE 和 MOG × IMF 的成功，希望给 IMF 缴纳投名状； 这个乘数效应还会放大； 不过，这依旧是一个ponzi，他需要依靠 Meme Super Cycle 来左脚踩右脚； 风险很清晰： - 核心风险，项目方联合头部大户砸； - 庞氏引擎”熄火风险，这是周期性的核心风险，怎么起来，怎么回去，想想luna； - “贿赂战争”缺席风险； - “卡特尔独裁”风险，虽然DAO都是扯淡，但是叠加大环境，这个风险也会在某个时刻爆发； - “地基坍塌”风险，Morpho Blue 直接出风险等； DYOR.
