one of the best infra based token, with a perfectly working product , $TREE, sitting at 30 mil MC, it won't need an exchange listing , unless people want to trade it actively with a huge demand , which won't happen at all imo, the same should hold true for every garbage token that's on top of a alt L1 or ETH L2 , if we look hard, same applies to many L2s as well. Making this a norm will hurt everyone except the VCs, investors, teams. create a working product, show demand, add liq on dexes, let exchanges acuire from open markets, you save listing fee, dump from exchange free offerings, market makers etc while having a loyal user base who is now better off , still a lot better deal than enriching VCs and cashing out once and for all. Build products that are worth building, not another clone of friend tech oor another eth fork.
